Go Well - First Purees - Week 6

The Go Well by Good Feeing Program is a 6 step, 24-week plan to take you and baby from breast milk to complimentary feeding with an adventurous and brave eater.  

Step 3 is First Purees: Weeks 5-7 are the start of complementary feeding, moving to nutrient dense meals, and preparing for textures.
